Doug provides expertise in organizational consulting and leadership development. Since 1997, he has partnered with executives in the healthcare, technology, energy, finance, and manufacturing sectors. He helps executives build awareness of their strengths, define action steps to leverage those strengths, and establish accountability related to their growth targets. In addition to his consulting work with individual executives, he frequently speaks on positive psychology, business productivity and leadership. Doug measures success by his clients' achievements.
Doug's clients range from from C-suite executives to emerging leaders. Those F500 clients include Humana, Microsoft, American Express, Husqvarna, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, First Tennessee Bank and the Shaw Power Group (now CB&I.) He has coached and trained hundreds of leaders across multiple business lines, throughout the U.S.
A continual learner, Doug is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, researching the effect of positive psychology on business leaders. He holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College, and a B.S. in Education from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
