Teri Frangie

Teri is a business development executive who builds and leverages relationships to achieve two goals: to help organizations develop effective leaders; and to help organizations increase their results through innovative practices. For the last ten years as Vice President of Global Network Development at Executive Networks, Teri successfully recruited and networked enterprise heads of human resources to their peers, thought leaders, and external resources.

In addition to her role at CoachSource, Teri leads her own global consultancy, Frangie-Young Solutions, helping companies grow their business and advises on market strategy. 

Prior to this, Teri has held a number of different sales and marketing related roles across a variety of sectors including Management Consulting, Technology, Media, Branding/Corporate Identity and Internet sectors.

Teri is a founding board member of Seven Tepees Youth Program located in San Francisco. The program provides comprehensive services to middle and high school, inner-city youth over a period of seven years. After 15 years of service, Teri maintains an advisory board member role to this non-profit organization.
